Information, knowledge and communications are all part of the internet world and anyone can learn a new skill from the comfort of their own home. If you want to learn to play piano, it just got a whole lot easier, now you can order a piano software course for beginners, online, and get started within minutes.
Although there are lots of piano software courses available from the internet, there are only a handful that are respected and offer value for money, at the time of writing this I only recommend two piano software courses and I have chosen these on my experience as a piano and keyboard teacher.
Piano software courses and online piano lessons are the modern way to learn how to play the piano. Learning to play the piano is not exactly easy whether you use software or a teacher but using software is cheap, easy and you can do it anytime you want.
Here are three reasons you should start using piano software:
<b>Have piano lessons at a time that suits you</b>
Balancing your work time and free time has always been problematic for busy people, and going to a piano teacher is just out of question. If you use a piano software course to learn to play the piano, it certainly won’t help you with your time balancing act, but it will help you to learn the piano when it suits you, because it’s always available when you want it to be.
The brilliance of piano software is that you can take it anywhere in the world with you. If you have group piano lessons and you’re too busy to attend, then that’s not only going to set you back but could potentially set the rest of the class back. If you have to miss your piano lessons when using piano software, it doesn’t matter; it’s constantly available on your PC or laptop, ready to go when you are.
Everybody can find some quality free time at sometime in their busy lives and if learning piano is your thing then using piano software is the way to go.
<b>Inexpensive</b>
You are going to make a major saving if you use piano software rather than a piano teacher. You will easily pay up to twenty five pounds per hour for piano and keyboard lessons which for one lesson is more expensive than a complete piano software course. Many piano software sites give you the option to download complete piano courses to your computer as soon as your payment has been processed which is normally straight away. There are probably about a handful of what I consider really good piano software courses available from about twenty pounds.
<b>You are in charge</b>
There really is no excuse for not learning to play the piano when you use piano software because you make all the choices. Piano software courses are ideal for beginners, they are simple to use and very convenient. You can also come across some great deals on new and second hand pianos and keyboards whilst you download you piano software course.
I think we can be of the same opinion that piano software is a great development in piano tuition. It will help countless people at least have the chance of learning to play the piano, but the one thing that hasn’t changed since the piano was invented is that if you would like to play a piano you have to practice and practice and then practice some more.

Remote Working Part 2 – Self discipline essentials
Posted by: | CommentsThe most cited reason men and women fail to adapt to working remotely is they fail to realise the need for high-quality organisation and enduring self management.
I have been toiling remotely for more than six years since I first found Quickbooks online an ‘on demand’ small business accounting software online system and was spellbound by the fact that if you can do accounting on the web then why shouldn’t it be possible to perform other important types of work at a distance?
Whilst working remotely has a lot of positives there are numerous traps that people easily fall into which evolve into issues that result in cuts in productivity and lower motivation. The key reason for reductions in effectiveness in remote workers is distraction and it is a verified and well publicised fact that it can take a person up to 20 mins to establish their original efficiency level after experiencing a disruption.
Research also shows that individuals who are continuously affected by distractions are more likely to suffer from decreased memory power and are prone to developing mental health problems in old age. We exist in an over communicated society and it is imperative that you are aware of the problems this causes before you commence working remotely. Whilst working remotely you must do everything feasible to eradicate the risk of being distracted.
Here are things that really do work:
1, Get a routine, communicate it to absolutely everyone and obsessively maintain it!
Good examples are a regular time of day when you check or write and send electronic mail and make or receive telephone calls. Before I began working remotely I used to get in the region of 200 electronic mails over a period of twenty four hours. Now I think I am unfortunate if I get over five. To ‘restart’ my electronic mail experience I changed my e-mail address and obsessively took steps to guard the details being made known to anyone. I then ‘trained’ every person who I gave my e-mail address to, to use it prudently. I also configured an auto-responder that swiftly told anyone sending me mail at what time of day I would be attending to mail and if someone needed my urgent consideration to mark it as ‘Urgent’.
2. Get rid of alerts.
Disable absolutely everything that can send you a perceptible alert. This includes mobile and
ordinary handsets and types of alerts from e-mail such as on screen pop ups, warning sounds, display changes to your inbox list and of course facing a window. Get a door on your work room and put up a ‘do not disturb’ sign on it.

Where will I find information and ratings on Journalism courses in India?

Most magazines and websites have a list of main stream courses but not much information related to journalism or other related courses. Are there any websites that list the colleges and courses available in the field of Mass Communication?

Is there any way to get a job as a teacher with a communications degree?
Posted by: | CommentsI will soon have a BS in Communications with a focus on video production. I have searched for ways to pursue a teaching career with this degree, even through taking additional courses in a career switcher program, but it seems like communications is the only degree that the education system will not respect concerning this line of work. Are there any options I am missing? If not then why has Communications been left out in the cold here?
I feel your pain. That was me 13 years ago. I walked out of school with a BSC in video production. 5 years ago, I wanted to change careers and start teaching. I tried my state's "alternate route" program, but no luck – districts will almost always pick a certified teacher with an education background. So I entered a combo certification/masters program at a local university. Sorry to say I tried to find other options to fast-track myself into the classroom, but it didn't work.
That being said, I'M SO GLAD I WENT BACK TO SCHOOL FOR EDUCATION BEFORE BEING THROWN INTO THE CLASSROOM. I didn't know squat about teaching, even though I thought I did. Going back to school made me a better candidate, and I ended up with a great teaching job in a great district.
