I would like some more ideals to go with what I have already.
Thank you.
I find that effective communication in the business world is first and foremost not personal in nature. This may sound easy, but you may find it is an ingredient in allot of it. Email is used allot now for communicating in and out of the office. I find on very important issues it serves well as a CYA move (cover your ass). It also allows one to keep a paper trail. On issues of great urgency, I tend to just run down the hall for a face to face. I HATE VOICE MAIL! I will only leave a msg as a last resort. It is important to state your point clearly, with needed details, but not to drone on and on about something that is easily described.
Cultural diversity in a fair and balanced business happens naturally. I would not work in a place that was not so have no experience with this.

While providing communication training to the employees,?
Posted by: | CommentsWhile providing communication training to the employees, educators usually focus more on written and oral methods of communication and pay little attention to the nonverbal methods of communication. Do you think that more training emphasis should be placed on nonverbal communication? Build an argument supporting your view point with justification?
Kids have eyes, and those eyes are often locked on the teacher. If a teacher continually has a look of disgust in their eyes, rolls their eyes at a question from a struggling student, or seems bored with their own lesson, the kids will notice.
My college DID focus on that. We were constantly videotaped and forced to do presentations for that exact reason. Rarely did our professors care what our lesson plans looked like on paper, and I was never asked to tape record a lesson. What mattered was my PRESENTATION.

Communication is one of the most important words in any business. If you can communicate, you and your business will move forward and most likely thrive. If you can’t, the road to success is blocked with numerous obstacles, many of which are too difficult to cross.
